Porokiya Prem is a Bangla Love Story Book edited by popular Indian Bengali novelist and poem writer Sunil Gangopadhyay.

In this book have total 26 prohibited love stories written by some very famous Indian Bengali writers including Nobel Prize winning author Rabindranath Tagore. He wrote the story Manvonjon. Sunil Gangopadhyay wrote two stories in this book 1) Premik o Shami and 2) Ek Komboler Niche.

About the Author:

Sunil Gangopadhyay is an Indian Bengali Novelist and Poet. He is very popular writer in West Bengal and Bangladesh. He was born in 7^th September 1938 in Faridpur, Bangladesh and died in 23^rd October 2012 in South Calcutta for a heart attack. He studied at University of Calcutta.
